‘Insidious’: NECA Shows Off Its Lipstick-Face Demon Figure at NYCC

NECA quietly brought one of modern horror’s most recognizable demons to its display case at this past weekend’s New York Comic-Con.

The Ultimate Lipstick-Face Demon figure gives us a full look at the Insidious monster, complete with that red-and-black face, long claws, hooves, and curling tail. There’s quite a bit more to this guy than the face responsible for that infamous scare in the first movie.

NECA previously teased the figure in August, with Toyark identifying it as the company’s first figure from the Insidious franchise. This weekend’s display offers a much better look at what’s coming.

The official NECA listing confirms a 7-inch-scale Ultimate figure, but pricing, accessories, and a release date haven’t been revealed there yet.

With the demon also returning in this year’s Insidious: Out of the Further, it’s a good time to make some room on your horror shelf.
