AMC’s The Vampire Lestat, the third season in the Interview with the Vampire universe, is officially coming to Blu-ray and DVD on November 3, and fans can already pre-order the new season. For those who aren’t quite ready to leave Lestat’s rock-star era behind, the three-disc Blu-ray/DVD set comes packed with all seven episodes of the season and more than six hours of special features.
The latest chapter in AMC’s Anne Rice Immortal Universe puts Lestat (Sam Reid) front and center as the vampire takes his place on the global stage — not as an aristocrat hiding in the shadows, but as a full-blown rock god.
After the release of the Daniel Molloy’s (Eric Bogosian) interview with the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson), Lestat reacts by embarking on a multi-city tour while reckoning with visions from his past and the increasingly complicated influence he holds over both vampires and humans in the aftermath of the Great Conversion.

The three-disc Blu-ray and DVD sets don’t just give fans all seven episodes; they also include more than six hours of bonus material, making this a particularly substantial release for anyone who wants to spend a little more time inside the world of The Vampire Lestat.
The special features include The Vampire Lestat After Dark, the companion series that takes viewers even further behind the scenes of the show.
Also included are the “Backstage Pass” behind-the-scenes featurettes, footage from the show’s 2025 Comic-Con panel, karaoke and lyric videos, and highlights from The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only Live — where yours truly does make a brief appearance during the performance of the best song of the season, “The Loneliness.”
You Have Some Catching Up to Do
Of course, bringing The Vampire Lestat home also means there’s really no excuse not to be caught up on the latest chapter of the Immortal Universe, and there is a reason to catch up sooner rather than later.
AMC has already greenlit a fourth season of the series, which will be titled Queen of the Damned. With both Louis and Lestat’s story continuing into the next installment of Anne Rice’s sprawling vampire mythology, now seems like a pretty good time to revisit Season 3 — or, if you’ve somehow managed to avoid it, finally find out what all the fuss is about.
