It’s been nearly 10 years since Mac Miller premiered his fourth album, The Divine Feminine, and the anniversary is being celebrated with an expanded reissue. On October 2, Warner will release a new version with three previously unreleased songs, including the neo-soul number “Butterflies,” which is out now. The Divine Feminine was a concept album that centered romance, intimacy, and the power of women. It included a star-studded roster of guests including Kendrick Lamar, Ariana Grande, CeeLo Green, Anderson .Paak, and Bilal.
Miller died in 2018 from an accidental overdose a few weeks after the release of his final album, Swimming. Since his death, his estate has released two posthumous LPs, 2020’s Circles and 2025’s Balloonerism.
