Okay, let’s see what everybody is up to this weekend…

The Duskbloods! Need I say more? Okay, I will.
I’m so excited to dive into this and see what it’s all about. I’m a big FromSoftware fan, and Hidetaka Miyazaki’s game in particular just have something to them; a sense of scale and grandeur that you don’t see often these days. I’m not sure how it will all translate to a more PVP setup, but we’ll see.
Edit: Will I actually manage to log in..? It’s up in the air, right now.

I’ll be diving into Oblivion this weekend and I’m rather excited about it! It’s been a while since I’ve played in a big old fantasy world and I’m hoping this will tickle the Skyrim fan in me in a way that… Skyrim didn’t on Switch 2. We remain hopeful!

Having given Ganon a good whopping and saved everyone in our OoT playthrough, we dived into LEGO Party this week. I’ve never been sold on Mario Party, but the kids are enjoying it and this might grow on me.
Elsewhere, I hope to dip back into The Duskbloods network test if the times work out – although with family visiting from overseas, Lego Party would probably be a bigger hit than me hogging the telly and ushering youngsters from the room (gotta have that wired connection!). Likewise, this new Fortnite season might tempt me to redownload for the first time since The Simpsons collab, but we’ll see if there’s time. Have a good one, folks!

I’ve got bags of Gamescom prep to do, but I’m certain I’ll find some time to dip into some of The Duskbloods Network Test, if I’m ever able to log in.
I’m also weirdly hooked on this whole Super Mario World replay I mentioned a few weeks ago. Have you ever tried playing through without activating the Switch Palaces? It doesn’t make it ultra-hard or anything, but it’s a marginally different way to play a game I’ve already played to death, and for that I’m grateful. Try it, you might like it.

Not much has changed with my games list right now but no doubt I’ll be attempting to play The Duskbloods Network Test.
Failing that I have a secret game to play and some Pokopia, Death Stranding 2 and a replay of Kingdom Hearts I want to start. As you can see I have a lot of games to catch up with!
Those are our plans, but what about yours? Let us know what you’ll be slapping in your Switch (2) in the poll below:
