Jack Antonoff Wins Producer of the Year, Non-Classical, at 2023 Grammys

Boi-1da, Dahi, the Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, and Dernst “D’Mile” Emile II were also in the running

Jack Antonoff has won Producer of the Year, Non-Classical, at the 2023 Grammys. The pop superproducer beat out Boi-1da, Dahi, the Black KeysDan Auerbach, and Dernst “D’Mile” Emile II. It is Antonoff’s second win in a row in the category, in his fourth consecutive year of nomination.

His production credits within the eligibility window were for Florence and the Machine’s Dance Fever and the soundtrack to Minions: The Rise of Gru. His records with Lorde and St. Vincent qualified last year, while his work on Taylor Swift’s Midnights and the 1975’s Being Funny in a Foreign Language are eligible next year.

Before tonight, Antonoff had won seven Grammys. After bagging his first two in 2013 with Fun., he picked up four more between 2017 and 2022, for two records apiece with Taylor Swift and St. Vincent.
