System of a Down has released a new music video for one of their 2020 comeback singles, “Genocidal Humanoidz.” Co-directed by bassist Shavo Odadjian and Adam Mason, the new video features animation in addition to performance footage. The video aired at the end of a livestreamed event held this afternoon to fundraise for the humanitarian causes like the non-profit organizations Armenia Fund and Armenia Wounded Heroes Fund. The release of System of a Down’s most recent singles marked the first new music from the band in 15 years and benefited the Armenia Fund as well. Frontman Serj Tankian joined with RATM guitarist Tom Morello recently to cover Gang of Four’s “Natural’s Not In It.”
