Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds will finally head to Steam later this month.

The Outer Worlds will be available through Steam on October 23, it has been announced. The game was an Epic Games Store exclusive for one year on PC.

Released in late-October 2019 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, the game is a critical success, and financially exceeded expectations for its publisher, Take-Two’s Private Division label. It was released on Switch back in June.

In September, story DLC was released for the game. Called Peril on Gorgon, it is the first DLC and it expands the reaches of the Halcyon Colony.

The DLC takes players to the Gorgon Asteroid to investigate the mysterious origin of Adrena-Time. During your shift, you’ll find new Board approved weapons, armor, flaws, and the same freedom to approach your problems.

The level cap also increased to level 33 with new perks and skills.

If you plan on picking it up for Steam, or are just getting started on any version, give our guide the once over for tips and walkthroughs for saving the Halcyon colony.
