Get ready for Disney+’s new Marvel heroes to assemble … in MCU Phase 4 or Phase 5?

MCU Phase 4 currently features Black Widow, The Eternals, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, and — as a last minute-ish addition — Tom Holland’s third Spider-Man movie.

But the MCU also includes Disney+’s new shows, and Kevin Feige has made it clear that MCU fans are going to want to watch or at least keep up with the new shows or they won’t fully understand upcoming MCU movies. (Which is why we were just wondering if more Disney+ Marvel content means the MCU should slow down on movies instead of having three or even four a year.)

On that note, Kevin Feige just confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that new Disney+ show stars Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, and Moon Knight will all be appearing on the big screen in MCU movies after their Disney+ debuts. You probably figured there’d be crossover, but now we have confirmation about those three new characters getting movie-time.

Other new Disney+ shows will feature familiar faces — including The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki, What If…, and Hawkeye.

Question: Will Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, and Moon Knight show up in Phase 4 movies or will they be held for what we’re expecting in Phase 5? The characters’ new Disney+ series don’t have premiere dates yet, although Moon Knight showrunner Jeremy Slater has been tweeting up a storm of excitement:

Sold! We recently learned Loki will be connecting to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. WandaVision should also have links to that movie, since Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch is meant to have a key role in Doctor Strange’s new film as well as starring in her Disney+ show with Vision.

Do you have any theories for how the new Marvel heroes will connect with future MCU movies? Feel free to share with the class, and keep up with all things with MCU through our handy guide.
