Google is currently testing new sign-in options for Chrome in its Developer version. These features would let users manage how Chrome handles sign-ins when accessing other Google services, as per Windows Report.
One of the features is that when signing into Google services like Gmail or YouTube, users can choose to sign into Chrome with the same account automatically. So, you don’t have to log in separately in the browser.
It’ll also be optional. Users can decide whether they want Chrome to sign in automatically when they sign into other Google services or keep these logins separate.
Alongside these sign-in changes, Google is testing other new features, such as making Chrome run safety checks as soon as you start the browser.
The new sign-in options are currently being tested in the Chrome Developer version. Google has not yet made an official statement about when or if these features will be widely released—and as always, the final versions of these features may differ from what’s currently being tested.
