For October, it’s called Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, and it runs from Tuesday morning, Oct. 8, to midnight on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Figuring out what’s worth your time and money is an epic job that keeps us working 16-hour shifts as we hunt for well-reviewed products at real discounts. It’s worth it, though, because the deals are just that good. Prime Big Deal Days is a great opportunity to pick up components to build a PC, and numerous processors from both Intel and AMD are on sale in the event. The best deal we’re seeing right now is a 26% discount on the Intel Core i7-13700K, which PCMag called “a juggernaut within its price range” and gave an Editors’ Choice award in its review. Built around the Raptor Lake architecture that mixes high-performance P-Cores and high-efficiency E-Cores for more versatile operation, it clocks up to 5.4 GHz unlocked.
