Remember those classic Ben Cooper Halloween costumes? The plastic masks? The vinyl smocks? NECA has been turning those costumes into action figures with their Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection, and the line is getting set to expand with another new wave!

Wave four of this particular line is taking a “What If?” approach, imagining retro Ben Cooper costumes for fan favorite horror movies that never actually got Ben Cooper costumes!

The lineup mostly includes horror movies that came out long after the old school days of the Ben Cooper Halloween costume, including House of 1000 Corpses and Trick ‘r Treat.

Wave 4 of the Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection from NECA includes…

  • House of 1000 Corpses
  • Thanksgiving
  • Trick ‘r Treat
  • Nosferatu
  • Krampus

Series 1 of this toy line from NECA included generic horror icons Creature, Devil, Frankenstein, Mummy, and Skeleton—classic costumes worn by an inclusive group of kids. Series 2 featured Dracula, Phantom, Vampire Girl, Witch, and a new version of the Devil. The upcoming third wave features Alien, Beetlejuice, and two different toys based on Gremlins costumes.

Wearing a mask styled after an original Ben Cooper design and soft goods clothing replicating the vinyl look of the classic costume, each playful figure comes complete with a trick-or-treat bag or pumpkin bucket accessory. Every figure is sold separately and packaged in a numbered, retro-style window box that pays homage to the original costume packaging.
