The comparisons between Palworld and Pokemon were startling when the game first released on Xbox Series X|S and PC earlier this year. Many Pokemon fans on social media were certain that the company would be investigated and possibly sued for using similar designs and gameplay mechanics to the popular Pokemon franchise. However, in a recent interview with GameFile, Palworld developer Takuro Mizobe, told the site that when it came down to it “Nintendo and The Pokemon Company didn’t say anything to us.”
