The K-pop group returns in August with its first studio LP since 2017

SM Entertainment has announced the title and release date of Girls’ Generation’s comeback record: The new album, Forever 1, is out digitally on August 5, with a physical release set to follow on August 8. The release marks the 15th anniversary of the K-pop group’s debut single “Into the New World.”
Forever 1 follows Holiday Night, which came out in August 2017. Eight members of Girls’ Generation will participate in the album, which will be arrive accompanied by TV appearances and a new reality series.
