During its annual BlizzCon event, moments after revealing Diablo 4, Blizzard announced a sequel to its incredibly successful team shooter Overwatch. It doesn’t seem to include a story campaign as fans hoped, but the developers revealed that Overwatch 2 will feature PvE missions. Players will be able to fight against computer-controlled enemies in a multiplayer that builds on the lore established in the beloved animated shorts. Blizzard created a new 8-minute cinematic just for the announcement:

Blizzard also announced some brand new characters, including Sojourn, its first black female hero.
