New Fears Eve is a darkly crafted holiday horror with a punch of sidesplitting humor from directors P.J. Starks and Eric Huskisson. The New Year’s horror movie centers around Hooper Industries ringing in the new year at their office party.

Ironically, this celebration is right on the heels of the downsizing of their staff. Perhaps the boss should have waited, because it isn’t just the company who wants to cut some of the fat around the office building.

A menacing and deranged killer dressed as a modern day Jack the Ripper is slashing his way through the staff at Hooper Industries as well.

The unknown motives of the Doctor and his indiscrimination in the killing of anyone who crosses his path makes for a high body count. Fans will also approve of the creative and wildly absurd kills throughout the movie.

New Fears Eve has wonderfully ridiculous moments, gruesome kills, and a cast that delivers quick and witty dialogue penned by Starks. New Fears Eve stars Lily Claire Harvey, Turner Vaughn, and Matthew Tichenor. Starks captures lightning in a bottle with the dynamic created between Vaughn and Tichenor as work colleagues and friends Brian Storm and Moses Moseley.  The dialogue and delivery between the two is so natural, it is as if Starks was capturing real life moments candidly between the two actors.

In addition, horror veterans Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), Dave Sheridan (Scary Movie), and Hannah Fierman (V/H/S) bring up the rear supporting the main three relatively new actors.

With classics such as Terror Train and Silent Night, Deadly Night, New Fears Eve is sure to live on in holiday horror history.

New Fears Eve is now available on Screambox, YouTube, Amazon Video, Fandango at Home, and Hulu.
