“One World Under Doom”
In the wake of Doctor Doom taking the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme, Stephen Strange has been left without purpose and shamed. I absolutely loved volume six of Doctor Strange and was sad to see it end. Jed MacKay did a wonderful job writing for that series throughout, but it seems all good things come to an end. Now, writer Derek Landy has picked up the bataan and started out strong with his new miniseries, Doctor Strange of Asgard.
This was a fun introduction to the new Asgardian realm and its people. I have to say, they have really downplayed their superior technology for a more Medieval Times restaurant feel. May I have some grogg, my lady? If you are a fan of Doctor Strange or Thor comic books, you will want to check this series out. I give issue #01 four out of five stars.
