Girls’ Generation leader Taeyeon has announced her upcoming 2025 tour ‘The Tense’, featuring concerts in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and more

Today (January 7), Taeyeon released a poster for her upcoming 2025 tour ‘The Tense’, which will feature concerts across East and Southeast Asia. It is set to kick off this March with a three-day concert at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, South Korea.

Thereafter, the Girls’ Generation singer will head to Taipei and Manila in the same month. She will follow up those shows with concerts in Jakarta and Macau in April.

Taeyeon will also perform for two nights at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and Impact Arena in Singapore and Bangkok respectively in May and June, before wrapping up the tour leg in Hong Kong on June 7.

According to the tour announcement, ticketing details have not been released and will be shared separately by local promoters and ticketing platforms. Keep tabs on this page for the latest updates.

Taeyeon’s tour announcement arrives less than two months after she released her sixth solo mini-album ‘Letter To Myself’ led by the single of the same name. The record came nearly a year after her fifth mini-album ‘To.X’ in 2023.

In other K-pop news, girl group GFRIEND have returned with their new single ‘Season of Memories’ ahead of their upcoming reunion album, which drops next week. It marks the group’s first release in four years, after they disbanded in 2021.
