The 2024 Pokémon World Championships are being held this weekend, and to celebrate, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet players can redeem a special Sylveon that matches the one used by Tomoya Ogawa during his win at the 2023 Pokémon World Championships.

Tomoya’s Sylveon comes with the Pixilate ability and Choice Specs item- with Hyper Voice, Tera Blast, Hyper Beam, and Sleep Talk as its four moves.

The redemption code is:

SLEEPTALKWORLDS

Here’s the rundown on the distribution from the offiicial Pokemon World Championships website:

“Tomoya Ogawa was able to secure his victory in the Senior Division of last year’s World Championships in Yokohama, Japan, with the help of his trusty Sylveon—and now you can have it join your team! Keep an eye on the official 2024 Worlds stream for a password you can use in the Mystery Gift feature of your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game to receive Tomoya Ogawa’s Sylveon.”

“This special Sylveon comes with the same moves and stats as Tomoya’s, so give it a try on your own competitive team! You’ll even see that it has a special ribbon that, when assigned, imparts it with the title “Sylveon the Battle Champion” when it’s sent out in battle.”

“This password can be used only once per save data. It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours of play time before you are able to access the Mystery Gift feature, where you can input the password. This password will expire on August 19, 2024, at 4:59 p.m. PDT.
