A24 has an interesting history when it comes to horror. While their films have undoubtedly changed the world of horror forever, some fans feel that some of their films offer more style than substance.
That being said, whenever a new A24 title releases, fans come out in droves to see what stylistic horror the studio has in store for us. This week, a trailer dropped for their new project, The Front Room.
One thing to note: this film will be directed by Sam and Max Eggers. It will mark the directorial debut of the Eggers Brothers and is adapted from a short story penned by Susan Hill. A24 has had success with their brother, Robert Eggers (The Witch), in the past.
It is clear that his films have changed the face of horror for a generation. The question is, will A24 have the same success with Sam and Max? All signs point to yes. The Front Room is scheduled to release on September 26, 2024, and will be rated R.
