Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox have shared a new Sunday Lunch video, during which they cover Blink-182‘s ‘Dammit’ – watch the spirited cover below.
On Sunday (April 28), Willcox and Fripp shared the latest of their Sunday Lunch videos, for which they began recording and posting covers of popular songs in 2020 amidst the COVID-19 lockdowns and have been running with ever since due to its popularity.
For their latest cover, Fripp and Willcox have taken on Blink-182’s ‘Dammit’, beginning with a false start. After putting on a spirited performance, Toyah calls it an “elderly edition” of Sunday Lunch, causing her spouse to erupt in laughter.

Later this year, Fripp and Toyah Willcox are set to embark on a string of string of live dates during the holidays following the success of their Sunday Lunch YouTube series and their critically acclaimed Tour of ’23.
The couple will kick off the shows on December 16 at the Queens Hall in Edinburgh. From there, they will make their way to Sunderland, Bath, and London before wrapping up the dates on December 22 at the Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton. Tickets are on sale now. Visit here to purchase tickets.
Last year, the pair brought their viral lockdown concept to the live stage at Glastonbury, where they performed David Bowie’s ‘Heroes’. They also looked back at the success of their series backstage with NME, sharing that the response “did surprise us”.
Meanwhile, there’s even a possibility that the Sunday Lunch series could be turned into a movie (or two), sharing in September that the weekly uploads had caught the eye of a “big production company”.
