“Raise Hell”
Sheila jumps from a tower window with the Necronomicon clenched tightly in her arms. Far below in the courtyard of Kandar Castle, a large pile of hay awaits to break her fall. It’s a good thing, as the entire kingdom has been possessed by Evil Ash and the Army of Darkness. Good Ash’s former lover and Queen to Evil Ash is the only survivor of the Deadite apocalypse. Well, except for the ass-hat Henry and his men.
Cut scene to an engulfed Michigan police station. Fire has swept through the building after hundreds of Mini-Ashes have swarmed into an interrogation cell holding 1993 Ash Williams. The police had arrested Ash on suspicion of multiple murders in and around the S-Mart grounds. Was goody little two-shoes Ash to blame or his Deadite counterpart? The local police will never know as their home turf is quickly going up in flames.
Will 2093 Ash find the very last page of the destroyed Necronomicon Ex-Mortis? Who is the occultist under the blood red hood? Can Sheila survive Earth with no suitors? Collect the series to find out!

Surprise ending alert! Surprise ending alert! The build-up has definitely paid off as all three timelines come into alignment. Now I can’t wait for the next issue of Army of Darkness Forever.
This series is definitely worth the read if you are a fan of the original movie franchise and television series. I just hope the Deadites don’t win in the end. I give this issue five out of five stars.
