With Christmas right around the corner, Gentle Giant Ltd. has offered up a pre-order for a new limited edition item certain to be perfect for any Star Wars fan’s 2024 holiday season – a jumbo vintage R2-D2 with some holiday flair.
Based on the vintage R2-D2 figure from the 1970s, this supersized version wears a removable Santa hat and a string of multicolored Christmas lights. Standing approximately 6.5 inches tall, he comes packaged on a full-color, holiday-themed cardback inside a resealable blister. Also included is a collectible Power of the Force coin. This limited-edition Jumbo figure will only be made in a run of 500 pieces, and is available exclusively at gentlegiantltd.com. Batteries are included and look for this R2-D2 to ship in Spring 2024.
