Digable Planets Announce Reachin’ 30th Anniversary Tour

Beginning in September, the hip-hop trio will play North American concerts in support of its 1993 debut

Digable Planets have announced a tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 1993 debut, Reachin’ (A New Refutation of Time and Space). The concerts take place across North America in September. See the band’s schedule below.

Before the anniversary tour, Digable Planets will perform at the Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival, the TD Halifax Jazz Festival, the Calgary Folk Music Festival, Thing in Washington, and the Blue Note Jazz Festival in Napa, California. The band will also open for Jill Scott at California’s Concord Pavilion.

After some time apart, Digable Planets reunited in 2015 and went on tour the following year. The trio’s performances were captured on 2017’s Digable Planets Live.
