The latest Japanese boxed software and hardware sales figures have come through for the week of 17th October, 2022 to 23rd October, 2022. The long-awaited debut of Persona 5 Royal on the Nintendo Switch proved to be a relative success as the game shifted 45,998 physical copies entering the charts at No.2, but it couldn’t dethrone the mighty, Splatoon 3. The best-selling hardware was once again the Nintendo Switch family of systems shifting an additional 54,637 units this week in the land of the rising sun.
