We touched on 1C Entertainment and developer Jeff Winner’s story-driven psychological horror title Horror Story: Hallowseed earlier this year. The title recently just had a big Early Access update. And by “big”, we mean a complete overhaul, complete with a new trailer.

Released back in July on Steam, the latest Early Access version of Hallowseed is more than just a bigger map and new items. Winner has completely reworked the previous EA version with re-imagined levels and puzzles, as well as improved the visuals, audio effects and AI.

On top of the rework, the team is currently offering a week-long discount for the game, during which you’ll be able to grab the game for 20% off. To cap things off, the team has announced that Hallowseed will be leaving Early Access and release in full on October 28, 2021.

In preparation for the release, Hallowseed will see a price increase on September 27th, so take advantage of that discount!
