Last night NECA revealed a brand new retro Iron Maiden figure based on the cover artwork from the single Aces High off the Iron Maiden’s 84 album Powerslave. It’s been a while since NECA had released a Retro Eddie figure. I believe the last retro Eddie that they released was the Pharaoh Eddie from the album Powerslave. The Aces High Eddie wears a weathered fabric flight suit and includes a pistol. I have to say the figure looks absolutely fantastic. I’m a big fan of NECA’s retro figures especially the ones from the sci-fi and horror properties, and I also have to say the Iron Maiden ones look fantastic too. The tattered outfit looks great and I really do love the head sculpt too. I’ve been a bit behind the NECA retro figures and I definitely plan to pick this up along with the Pharaoh Eddi which they released at the end of last year. This one is due out in November. Here’s the press release from NECA:
