Neil Marshall’s New Horror Movie ‘The Reckoning’ is Coming to Shudder in May [Trailer]

Now available on VOD as well as Blu-ray, the new horror movie from Dog Soldiers and The Descent director Neil Marshall is next headed to Shudder, arriving next month.

The Reckoning becomes a Shudder Exclusive on May 13.

In the film, “After losing her husband during the Great Plague, Grace Haverstock (Charlotte Kirk) is unjustly accused of being a witch and placed in the custody of England’s most ruthless witch-hunter, Judge Moorcroft (Sean Pertwee). Forced to endure physical and emotional torture while steadfastly maintaining her innocence, Grace must face her own inner demons as the Devil himself starts to work his way into her mind.”

Joe Anderson and Steven Waddington also star. Marshall wrote the script with Charlotte Kirk and Edward Evers-Swindell, from a story by Antony Jones and Evers-Swindell.

The film made its world premiere at the 2020 Fantasia Film Festival.
