Today NECA has revealed some new products for their various TMNT lines. A week or so ago NECA revealed the Turtles in Disguise 4-pack which will be a Target exclusive and as of yet I cannot find any international solicitations for them yet and I have to say it’s an impressive looking set. I should also note that that 4-pack is based on the animated series and is part of their animated series line.

Then last night another TMNT themed loot crate was revealed and a variant of the Super Shredder from TMNT II: Secret of The Ooze was revealed too. The TMNT themed loot crate is based on the recently announced release of a new Stern TMNT pinball table. In that box, the figure will be a 7″ Shredder figure. It’s unclear what figure this is based on but it looks to be the cartoon Shredder in just different colors.

Not much is known about the variant of the Super Shredder (Shadow Master) but I can guess that it’s based on a Playmate’s figure where his armor was black and silver and he has a different cape. I haven’t picked up the Super Shredder yet but I am curious to see what this one is like too.

Then today NECA revealed a series of loot crates, each loot crate comes with a different themed TMNT figure. With the first box, you get Danny from the TMNT 1990 film, with the second box you get a figure from their arcade line, the third box comes with a figure from the Mirage comic line and the fourth box comes with a figure from the cartoon series. Also if you get all four loot crates you get a bonus Scrag figure. Scrag was from the animated series.

The crates are priced at $49.99 plus shipping. The first crate ships in August, the second ships in September, the third ships in October, and the final crate ships in November. You can order them by Clicking Here.
