Margo Price Joins Loretta Lynn for New Version of “One’s on the Way”: Listen

Loretta Lynn and Margo Price have recorded a new version of the title track from Lynn’s 1971 album, One’s on the Way. The duet appears on the country music legend’s new album, Still Woman Enough, her fiftieth solo record. It was recorded at the historic Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee. “I chose ‘One’s On the Way’ because it’s an important song,” Price says in the clip. “It was an important song at the time and it’s still an important song—to be able to talk about birth control and women’s rights in country music is legendary.”
