For the eighth week of Mando Mondays Hasbro has revealed some brand new products from the Mandalorian both for their Black Series line and their Bounty Hunter Collection line as well. I have to say I am really excited by all the Black Series reveals. I’m so stoked that we are getting Bo-Katan Kryze bases on her appearance in the Mandalorian series and I have to say I have a big wish-list of characters from that series that I would love to see in the line and I don’t doubt we’ll see them in the line over time. She looks absolutely perfect and I don’t think they could make the figure any better than they have here and I cannot wait to add her to my collection.
I’m really happy that the next Archive Wave is a complete Army Builder wave which consists of a Tusken Raider, Imperial Hovertank Driver Trooper, Imperial Shore Trooper, and the Imperial Death Trooper. I don’t have any of these figures in my collection so these are all must-haves for me especially the Tusken, Shore Trooper, and The Death Trooper. I can never have enough Imperial Troopers on my shelf flanking the likes of the Emperor and Darth Vader. I just hope they don’t sell out too quickly here in the UK. It should be noted that the previous wave which consists of Commander Cody, Hoth Han Solo, Hoth Luke Skywalker, and Grand Admiral Thrawn isn’t up for Pre-Order yet from any of the UK e-retailers that I know.
It’s great that Hasbro are re-releasing these characters in the Archive line as they have popped up in the Mandalorian so they’ll work well in most of your Star Wars Black Series displays.
They also revealed the newest Bounty Collection, and a hideaway plush Grogu. I know that these will sell well as Grogu is adorable! I am surprised that they haven’t released one of him with his arms in the air holding the packet of biscuits with a smile on his face yet, though I don’t doubt that’ll be on the cards at some point.
Pre-Orders will go live at about 9 pm here in the UK. It should be noted that next Monday is the last Mando Monday and I wonder what they’ll have in store.
