Great Scott!
Earlier today NECA released a gallery of the Back to The Future Ultimate Doc Brown figure. This is our first good look at the figure as NECA has only released a teaser image of the Doc Brown figure a few months ago. Now NECA has released a gallery of the figure and I have to say it’s a fantastic looking figure!
The likeness to Christopher Llyod on both heads is absolutely incredible! They have captured his wide-eyed expressions very well it’s uncanny! The detailing in his costume is fantastic as well and looks very accurate to the film. Also having a bandage on one of the heads is a great touch!
What really surprises me the most about this figure is that he comes with more accessories than I thought he would! He comes with a wrench, the blueprints to his house, a drawing of the flux capacitor, the letter from Marty, two interchangeable heads, interchangeable hands (both normal and gloved) and a pair of goggles!
I wasn’t expecting those and they are certainly a great addition to his accessories. I haven’t picked up any of the Back to The Future figure just yet as they aren’t available here in the UK just yet. But they are expected to be arriving in the coming weeks and Doc Brown is scheduled to be released in November so we’ll probably get him in the UK in December/January and he is certainly a must-have for me!
