A few days ago McFarlane Toys said that they would be putting up some of their latest figures are up for pre-order on Walmart that’ll be available to pre-order later today and will be shipping next year. The figures that they have announced are:

  • Gold Label Witcher 3 Geralt
  • Gold Label Todd McFarlane Designed Batman
  • Gold Label Mandarin Spawn
  • Warhammer 40K Adepta Sororitas Battle Sister

I don’t know much all about Warhammer 40K but I have to say I really like the look of the figures that McFarlane Toys has revealed so far. I don’t think the first ones that they revealed a while have been released yet. Though they do look excellent and I think the Adepta Sororitas Battle Sister is a fantastic addition to the line.

I really love all the detail that they’ve put into the armor and accessories. When this line gets released later this year I’ll definitely be interested in collecting these figures.

I know that the Mandarin Spawn was a massive seller with the fans when the original figure was released and now McFarlane Toys has returned to the design and now has added articulation to the figure.

Before talking about the Gold Label Geralt and Batman, I’ll talk about the elephant in the room which is posed photography. To be honest some of these pictures really don’t sell the figures that well as the figures are in some awkward poses. I’m sure that these figures will look better in hand and we could get them in better poses ourselves. In my personal experience, I have seen figures that look a lot better in hand than the promo photos and I have to say I really do love the look of the Todd McFarlane designed Batman and he’ll look great next to the Mortal Kombat 11 Spawn that they released!
