Fear Is The Mind Killer
Yesterday McFarlane Toys shared the first image of their Dune 7″ figures based on the upcoming film. Included in the photo are the following figures:
- Stilgar
- Paul Atreides
- Lady Jessica
- Duncan Idaho
I have to say the sculps of the figures themselves look fantastic, I just think that the paint on the heads is a bit weak compared to the rest of the figures. I can recognize the actors which are Javier Bardem, Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, and Jason Mamoa.
But if you don’t know much about the film or the actors you wouldn’t recognize who some of them are meant to be. It should be noted the BAF for the wave has been revealed now and it’s Dave Bautista’s character Glossu ‘Beast’ Rabban. His character is a great choice as he is obviously a lot larger than all the other characters that they have revealed so far. Like the others, the paint doesn’t look so good on the head sculpt though it may look better in hand than it does in promo images.
These figures are schelduled to be released in the fall of this year.
