Nas and Eva appeared on the first ever winter Love Island earlier this year, the sixth season of the show. Nas was one of the original islanders at the South Africa villa, but was unlucky in love for the first weeks of the show. He tried to couple with Siȃnnise Fudge, but she only had eyes for her now boyfriend Luke Trotman. Nas eventually formed a connection with new islander Demi Jones, but was shipped off to Casa Amor the next week. Eva entered the show at Casa Amor, along with five other women to test the relationships made in the villa. Nas and Eva hit it off, and he brought her back to the main villa at the end of the week. Although they were voted off the show shortly after, the two kept dating on the outside.

On Instagram, Eva and Nas both posted a picture of the two of them confirming that they have made their relationship official. The two posed on the rooftop bar Jin Bo Law in London. Nas’s caption read, “Officially a couple #securedthebag #trustinyoursauce” with a heart and rose emoji. Eva wrote, “I’VE GOT A BOYFRENNNNNNNN,” with the dancing lady and confetti emojis. Both were inundated with congratulations from their fellow islanders. Love Island couple Siȃnnise Fudge and Luke Trotman expressed their happiness in the comments of both photos. Siȃnnise wrote, “Yesss finally! Congratulations you guys, I’m so happy!” with several hearts, while Luke wrote, “Love it congrats guys.” Eva’s friend from Casa Amor Priscilla Anyabu wrote, “Issa wife!!!! @nas_jm I’m proud of you.” Other well wishers included twins Eve and Jess Gale, Anna Vakilli, Luke Mabbott and Rebecca Gormley.
Nas had previously confirmed that he and Eva were exclusive, but this is the first report of the couple going official. Before the quarantine began, the two met each other’s families. During quarantine, the two were unable to see each other in person for six weeks, but started having social distance dates when it was safe.
The UK is mostly reopened, hence their visit to the London rooftop bar. Eva has also been very active in the Black Lives Matter movement during quarantine. There were rumors that the two had split during the quarantine, but it looks like they came out stronger. Congrats Eva and Nas!
