Chicago’s Riot Fest has announced that the 2020 edition of the festival has been officially canceled. The festival also revealed the dates and initial lineup for its 2021 festival, set for September 16-19. It includes My Chemical Romance, Smashing Pumpkins, Run the Jewels, Pixies, and Taking Back Sunday. Check out the full announcement below.

Last year’s Chicago lineup included Bikini Kill, Patti Smith, and blink-182. Blink-182 had dropped out of the 2018 fest due to drummer Travis Barker’s medical issues; Taking Back Sunday, Run the Jewels, and Weezer headlined, with the latter covering blink-182’s “All the Small Things.”
