This Sunday night, May 10, at 9 p.m. Eastern, Weezer will be on a new episode The Simpsons. According to a press release, the cartoon Weezer will portray a cover band called Sailor’s Delight. The band will “cover” music from the Black Album and Pacific Daydream, as well as a new Van Weezer song called “Blue Dream.” For now, you can watch Weezer play the Simpsons theme song below.
Yesterday, Weezer shared the new song “Hero.” The band also revealed that its new album Van Weezer has been delayed. A new release date is coming soon.
