Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle was the perfect show to binge-watch during this quarantine. The episodes moved quickly and there was barely a dull moment. Fans were left with somewhat of a cliffhanger though. The cast members have given some updates about their lives in interviews and on social media, but that’s not quite enough. The viewers need to know more.
Not only that, but it would great to see all of the cast members in the same room again for a reunion episode. Of course, that’s not possible at the moment given the coronavirus pandemic. However, plenty of shows have adapted to the current state of the world by filming episodes virtually, with everyone video-chatting in, safely from home. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been any official confirmation of a Too Hot to Handle reunion episode, but cast member Bryce Hirschberg hinted at the possibility during an exclusive interview with Screen Rant.

Since the show focused on hooking up, the viewers didn’t get to see too much about the friendships. Bryce says, “Completely fitting 24 days into 8 episodes is really impossible to do. Of course, a lot gets cut out, especially the friendships and other close relationships. Other than David and Sharron, you didn’t get to see much of the close friendships.” He adds, “There was definitely more of a focus on the romance and hookups, which is fun. I think more will be shown in the future. I can’t really reveal too much at the moment though. I consider them to be more than friends though. They’re family.” Was that a hint at the possibility of a reunion episode? It sure sounds like it is.
The reality star reveals, “We’ve taken guys trips and we’ve all met up though. Hopefully, we can share more of our friendships and stuff like that soon.” He shares, “The show filmed for 24 days and I was there for 16. We all became really close, not just the cast, but even the producers have been checking in to make sure I’m OK and see how I’m handling everything. It’s really nice and I appreciate it. We all became like family.“
It’s a tall order to get cast members from the United States, Canada, the UK, and Ireland together during a global pandemic. However, the Tiger King cast was able to film an additional episode via video chat. The Too Hot to Handle crew deserves that same chance to clear up some misconceptions, talk about things the viewers didn’t get to see, and share some post-show updates.
