ROGEN & GOLDBERG Team With THE BATMAN Writer for BOOM!’s MEMETIC Film Adaptation – Report

Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg will produce a film adaptation of James Tynion IV and Eryk Donovan’s BOOM! Studios comic book Memetic, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Batman writer Mattson Tomlin will pen the script, based on the story of a killer meme which turns people into rage-fueled “screamers”.

Memetic won 2015’s GLAAD award for outstanding comic.

No projected release date for Memetic was reported.
