Nintendo decided to release a brand new firmware update for the 3DS earlier tonight. When you update, your 3DS should be updated to version 11.13.0-45. The official patch notes, unsurprisingly, don’t say much. What may surprise you, however, is that the update isn’t for stability improvements. Nintendo says that they “resolved an issue where StreetPass would not work in some cases”.
