Updated August 30, 2019: Absolute Carnage: Avengers #1 has been re-scheduled for an October 16 debut. Originlly solicited to hit stands September 16, Marvel informed retailers about the schedule change earlier this week.

This comes a few weeks after retailers were told that a co-writer, Zac Thompson, was added to the book alongside original series writer Leah Williams.

Original story from August 8, 2019: Absolute Carnage: Avengers #1 will now include contributions from writer Zac Thompson, as announced in Marvel Comics’ weekly retailer newsletter. Thompson will join previously solicited writer Leah Williams on the issue. It was not announced whether Thompson and Williams will be co-writers or if they will contribute separately.

This follows the replacement of originally-solicited artist Salvador Larroca with Alberto Albuquerque, announced in July.

Here’s the updated solicitation for the September 25 release.
